With the help of the Contemporary Art Museum, St. Louis workshop participants will have the opportunity to work together and create their very own ideal and life size play environment. Throughout the creation they will be learning techniques from an artist whose creative process engages children to take a small model and let their imagination have no bounds and transform their ideas into large scale creations.
This program is part of the Arts Collaborative Project where The Magic House is partnering with leaders in the St. Louis art community. The project gives children the opportunity to experience different forms of art creation as well as to introduce our visitors to some of the fine art institutions in St. Louis.
Cost:Free with Museum admission.

This event is a little farther afield, but the Magic House makes for a very worthwhile weekend trip at any time. This Workshop could be a very unusual way to meet several requirements of the Artastic badge.
