Geo-Kids, June 25 and July 9

Ready to treasure hunt at the Arboretum? Geo-Kids, for kids ages 7-12, is a fun-filled class that shows kids how to use a compass, with a brief introduction to GPS devices and geo-caching. This is followed by a real treasure hunt using compasses and clues.

Tuesday, June 25 or Tuesday, July 9, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
$5 per person; no refunds.

Adult attendance and participation is required.

While AHG has not yet developed a badge for geocaching, compass skills are a part of Outdoor Skills. Plus, geocaching is simply a fun way to get out in the field!
