Blue Springs, Missouri

American Heritage Girls Troop MO6506 is chartered by the Knights of Columbus, Council 6506, and meets in southern Blue Springs, Missouri. The Troop is well-mixed between private school, area public school, and homeschooled girls. They have regular Troop meetings on Thursday evenings during the school year, plus a variety of fun activities during the summer months.

As a part of AHG, girls will develop friendships and engage with other girls their age in fun, positive, and challenging activities. They will participate in a variety of traditional experiences such as badge work, crafts, community service, and outdoor activities (including camping). The girls will also participate in fundraising efforts to help support our troop. As a troop we will also have a variety of other fun events throughout the year. As our Oath states, we will love God, cherish our families, honor our country and serve in our community in a variety of fun ways. This is all done from a Christ-centered and faith-based perspective. We are committed in every way to fulfilling the goal of the AHG Mission statement: Building women of integrity through service to God, Family, Community, and Country.

We welcome you to schedule a visit with us. Please contact our Troop Coordinator for more information.

American Heritage Girls Troop MO 7605 is chartered by Plaza Heights Baptist Church.  Our troop has been up and running for 4 years, with regular Troop meetings on Tuesdays during the school year, along with a few summer activities as well.

As a part of AHG, girls will develop friendships and engage with other girls their age in positive, uplifting and challenging activities. They will participate in a variety of traditional “scouting” experiences such as badge work, crafts, community service, outdoor activities (including camping), fundraising, and many other fun events. And best of all, it is all done from a Christ-honoring, faith-based perspective. Girls will be exposed to (and encouraged to follow) traditional Christian values and principles and are encouraged to live out their own faith in real and practical ways. And as our name implies, American patriotism is also a major focus for us, too. We look for and encourage the girls to find ways to honor their country, not only in their general attitudes, but by their service to others around them as well. We are committed in every way to fulfilling the goal of the AHG Mission statement:  Building women of integrity through service to God, Family, Community, and Country.

We welcome you to schedule a visit with us. Please contact our Troop Coordinator for more information.
