Note: this event is designed for adults, though the registration form does not ask for age. Therefore, we can only recommend this for Pioneers and Patriots working on Ancestor Detector, and it would probably be best for a parent or other adult to attend as well.

Ancestry Day, March 16

Sponsored by the Midwest Genealogy Center and Ancestry.com, Ancestry Day will be held on March 16, 2013. Ancestry Day will feature workshops taught by Ancestry.com and MGC staff members focusing on all levels of genealogy research. The day will end with a panel discussion on using various research resources to help find your family story.

Additional classes will be held on ThursdayFriday, and Sunday surrounding Ancestry Day. Attendees are also invited to a special reception at Midwest Genealogy Center on March 15, 2013, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., to network and meet the Ancestry Day speakers.

Registration opens January 2, 2013
